New plan to advance conveyances in Govt clinics


Wellbeing Minister C. Lakshma Reddy on Tuesday said the Telangana Government was wanting to acquaint a plan with offer motivations to advance conveyances in Government Hospitals over the State.

Answering to a question by Congress Deputy Floor Leader T. Jeevan Reddy on the motivators offered for conveyances in government doctor's facilities, the Health Minister said the Telangana Government was looking at the thought.

The Tamil Nadu government is stretching out Rs.12,000 to every family for conveyances in government clinics. The State Government is additionally wanting to present such plans and is working towards concluding the modalities, said Mr. Reddy.

On the question raised by BJP Floor Leader G. Kishan Reddy on the expanding C-area conveyances in private doctor's facilities in the State, the Health Minister conceded there was an expansion in such cases. To control this, guidelines have been issued to all the District Medical and Health Officers to present a month to month investigate the quantity of conveyances in government and private doctor's facilities with an emphasis on C-area and undesirable surgeries performed by private clinics, he said.

Answering to TRS MLA G. Sunitha's question on the need to increment Amma Vodi (102 vehicles), the Health Minister said the plan was at first presented on December 28 a year ago in tribal and remote ranges.
